Same as Check Collection except for returned drafts. Debt-Check will handle from start to finish at no cost to you.
• Centralized Returns
Pay $2 per return instead of $5 to $25. See images of returns online anytime. View archived images.
• Accounts Receivables
Allow your staff to serve your members and customers better. Send your past dues to Debt-Check. Working on a contingent basis, we don’t get paid unless you do.
• Credit Card Equipment
NO ONE under sells Debt-Check when it comes to credit card equipment. We offer a one year warranty on all equipment. We facilitate an array of leases, rentals, and service plans when buying outright is not preferred.
• Credit Card Service
Whether you’re already accepting cards or you have simply been considering doing so, speak with a Debt-Check consultant for possible money-saving tips or a quote for better rates. In most cases, we can save you money. Offering Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
• ECC - Electronic Check Conversion
for those who are ready to take check acceptance to the next level.
• Web Access
Be in complete control of your account information with our Web Access. Need to know if a member or customer has paid? Simply log in to our system to find out. Get the information you need – when you need it. Print a report from your browser or download it into text or spreadsheet format for future reference and printing.
