For those subscribers who want protection when accepting a check, but don't feel guarantee is for them, Debt-Check offers our National Database   through which our subscribers can verify checks. When verifying a check,  we not only tell you if this person is a know bad check writer, we'll   tell you how many bad checks the person has in the system and what dollar amount those checks total.

We can also prevent RUNS on our merchants, by monitoring the number of checks the check writer is writing to you and other subscribers, warning you of excessive check writing to you and others. By doing this, you are made aware of possible fraud. In addition, Debt-Check can regulate the number of checks and dollar amount a subscriber wants to accept from a check writer in a given period of time.

   Payroll Verification

Some merchants cash payroll and other types of checks. Through our  Check Cashing Program, a Debt-Check subscriber can feel more confident when cashing checks. Debt-Check monitors the number of Payroll or other types of checks a person is cashing during a certain period. If a person attempts to cash more checks than the number allowed during a certain period, Debt-Check will warn the subscriber by displaying on the terminal the number of checks this person has cashed during the certain period.

   Check Collection

There are many reasons for the success of Debt-Check's Check Collection Program. In addition to our professional, courteous team of collectors and sophisticated computer system, Debt-Check has several advantages when collecting checks.

We report unpaid returned checks to three National Databases. Reporting ensures check writers who refuse to pay their checks will be declined at the point of sale at most major national retailers including Wal-Mart, K-Mart.

Bad check writers cannot open a new checking account in 85% of the financial institutions in the United States until their obligation to our subscriber is paid in full.

After a set period of time, if a check is unpaid, Debt-Check has the legal authority and ability to debit a check writer's account for the face value of their returned check. Thus getting our subscriber's money much faster.

All these attributes combined,  make for a complete and effective collection program, all at no cost to our subscriber.

   Accounts Receivable

Our A/R subscribers often tell us we work their accounts longer and more intensely than other agencies they've used in the past. The reason for these type comments from our subscribers is, we believe in Patience, Persistence, and Perseverance. Handling collection accounts is a delicate process by which how often an account is called, the time of day it is called, and the manner in which the debtor is handled, is extremely important to a collector's success. Debt-Check holds very high subscriber retention. Debt-Check subscribers are accustomed to a higher rate of collection, great subscriber communication and attentive customer service. Whatever level of "service" a subscriber requires, we attempt to go beyond their expectations.
